Cookie Policy
Which cookies we use, for what purpose, how long they stay on your device and how to change your choice.
Guidance document under legal review — the final version will be published on this page.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser when you visit a site. They let the site remember the session, your preferences and, if you agree, measure how it is used.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session identifiers. We treat them like cookies throughout this policy.
2. Legal basis and consent
Strictly necessary cookies rely on our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure service. Every other category is set only after your explicit consent.
Consent is given through the banner shown on your first visit and can be changed or withdrawn at any time from the “Cookie settings” button available in the footer of every page. Refusing does not limit your access to the platform.
3. Cookie categories
We group cookies into four categories. The tables below list the name, purpose and duration of every cookie we use.
In the current version of the platform we only use strictly necessary cookies. The preferences, analytics and marketing categories stay off until you accept them and contain no cookies at the moment.
The Analytics category also controls a server-side record made without cookies: the number of listing views and clicks. Without your consent these statistics are not recorded.
The statistics are stored in the platform database, linked to the listing — not on your device.
The history of recently viewed services shown in the “Recently viewed” tab is part of how the platform works: it is available to every signed-in account and does not depend on cookies or on accepting an optional category.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties, for example analytics or advertising tools. They act as independent controllers or as processors, under their own privacy policies.
Analytics and marketing tools are off by default and only start if you accept them.
5. How long cookies stay
Session cookies disappear when you close the browser. Persistent ones have the duration shown in the tables above, and your cookie consent is kept for 6 months, after which we ask you again.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may make the platform unusable — for example, you will not be able to stay signed in.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data;
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy;
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy and security;
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
7. Withdrawing consent
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: open “Cookie settings”, switch off the categories you want and save. The change applies immediately, with no email required.
