The rules for using the CeVreau platform: your account, published services, payments, liability and dispute resolution.

Last updated: 12 February 2026Version: v2.0

Guidance document under legal review — the final version will be published on this page.

1. Acceptance of the terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the CeVreau platform, available at cevreau.com (the “Platform”), operated by CeVreau.

By creating an account, publishing a service or simply browsing the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the Platform.

2. What the service is

CeVreau is a marketplace that connects people looking for a service (“Clients”) with the providers offering it (“Providers”).

CeVreau is not a party to the contract between Client and Provider, does not perform the listed services and does not guarantee their quality, legality or availability. Negotiation, performance and payment happen directly between the parties, unless the Platform expressly states otherwise.

3. Your account

You need an account to publish services or send quote requests. You can create one with email and password or by signing in with Google.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action taken from your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in Settings → Security.

The details you enter must be real and current. Accounts using false identities may be suspended.

4. Provider obligations

If you publish services on the Platform, you agree to:

  • provide accurate information about the service, price and coverage area;
  • hold the legal permits required to carry out the activity, where the law requires them;
  • answer quote requests and messages within a reasonable time;
  • issue tax documents for the services performed, as required by law.

5. Client obligations

If you use the Platform to look for a service, you agree to:

  • request quotes only for real services you intend to contract;
  • use the contact details you receive solely to run the collaboration;
  • pay on the term agreed with the provider.

6. Published content and moderation

Published content (text, photos, reviews) must comply with the law and with third-party rights. Illegal, misleading, discriminatory, obscene content or content infringing copyright is forbidden.

Reviews may only be written by users who had a real interaction with the provider. Fake, paid-for or competitor-smearing reviews are forbidden and are removed.

We use automated moderation, including artificial-intelligence models, which may temporarily suspend content until a human review takes place.

7. Prices, payments and wallet

Publishing basic services is free. Some features (promotion, subscriptions) are paid, and the price is shown before you confirm.

Online payments are processed by an authorised payment processor. CeVreau does not store full card details.

Wallet balances can be used for CeVreau services and cannot be withdrawn in cash, except where the law provides otherwise.

8. Right of withdrawal

If you act as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving a reason.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed with your express consent or to customised services. For services ordered through the Platform, the request goes to the Provider, with a copy to our support address.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts towards availability and accuracy of information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

CeVreau's liability for direct damages caused by the use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to CeVreau in the last 12 months.

We are not liable for the acts of Clients or Providers, for the quality of the services they perform or for the losses arising from their collaboration.

10. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy. Deleting the account removes the published services.

We may suspend or close an account in case of a breach of the Terms, fraud or abusive use, with prior notice, except in situations that require immediate action.

11. Dispute resolution

We try to settle any complaint amicably: write to our support address and we will reply within 30 days.

Consumers may contact ANPC through the SAL platform or an alternative dispute resolution body. For cross-border disputes the European Commission's ODR platform is available.

12. Changes to the terms

We may update the Terms to reflect legal or functional changes. The applicable version is the one published on this page, together with the last-updated date.

For significant changes we notify users by email or in the platform at least 15 days before they take effect.

13. Governing law and contact

The Terms are governed by Romanian law. The provisions on consumer protection (OG 21/1992, OUG 34/2014) and e-commerce (Law 365/2002) apply.

For any question about these Terms you can write to our support address.
